Selling iPhone App

I recently won an iPhone app, Co-Pilot Europe, which I downloaded from iTunes.
I installed it on my phone and tried it for a couple of weeks, but as I already own the TomTom app, I decided that I do not want to use it any more.

My questions are these:-

Can I sell the app and transfer it to someone else legally?
If it is possible, how would I go about it?
Does anyone want to buy Co-Pilot Europe for iPhone app?

Sorry Tom59 but apple have prevented the ability to transfer apps from one user to another. Only way to get around this is to jailbreak the device the app was to go on.

Even the files you download are specific to your account.

There is a gift an app option in the apple app store but this only applies to an app that you must then pay for and not one you already have.

Only option you have is if the other user was a family member and using your account then you can both share the apps you download.

Sadly, as mostdom has said, once you use the voucher code it's locked to your iTunes Account.
