Converting routes into sygics itf format?

Hi, I run Sygic mobile maps 10.

I have a bunch of routes that i want to take this summer, down in the French alps. The problem is, that these are all in .GPX format (for a garmin).

Is there any way to convert them to .itf for sygic at all?

Failing that, is there an easy way to create, recreate routes ready for sygic?

The main one i'm interested in is Les Routes Des Grandes Alpes
