I rather think this fellow has a big claim for damages against the local council for failing to maintain the footpath in safe order.

Sent to me by a "friend" who seems to think my keyboard needs more coffee....

The kerbs in that area appear to be almost as dangerous as the steps to the cells at police stations although "Health & safety" appears to have reduced that occurance Laughing Laughing

I think more CCTV cameras may have something to do with that reduction!
