Is said on the app description that the data was illegal in some countries. CAn someone tell me if there are databases for Scandinavian countries and if so, which?

Yes, we currently have data in Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and many more.

As far as CamerAlert is concerned, it contains data for every country and it is up to the user to confirm the legality of use in any country.
