What have you tried, if anything, to rectify the problem?

Have you tried resetting your unit? (not sure whether your model has a dedicated reset button on the bottom or if you need to hold the power button about 10 seconds till you hear a drum roll sound.)

Do you mean the TomTom did not recognise the RDS receiver or could not find any Traffic information - Green Icon keeps on spinning??

Since Friday afternoon My TomTom/RDS receiver is unable to find any Traffic info, so I suspect the RDS server is down at the transmitter end, only time will tell..

Both - see dhn's post and do a reset. My GO520 occasionally suffers this loss of RDS-TMC signal and a reset invariably cures it.

I'm having recent issues on RDS TMC on my 720T, as I posted earlier, & TT's suggested fix. ie No traffic bar.

http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=86934

Elsewhere on this forum another suggestion was to check for file
called mctx.
As TT fix says to remove all loose files, I obviously don't have, so pasted in from a back up.

It seems to be full of gobbledegook, and one post here suggests changing content to 22222; Tried in original state, and modified; no good.
In parallel post also says to delete gns data file in gns folder; is recreated when you switch off/on; unfortunately it still doesn't seem to be working.
