Telmap5 issues on BlackBerry 9800

Whenever I lauch Telmap5, it always default to Isreal and I'm in Canada (Quebec), it does seem to find my location after about a minute. When I search for an address, I get this message:

Network timeout, Please check network settings and try again. If problem persist, contact customer support.

I checked the permission settings, rebooted my device twice. What could be the problem?

OS: 6.0.0.246
Carrier: Rogers Wireless
Telmap 5 version: 5.25 b37


I just uninstalled Telmap 5, reinstalled it, put in my activation code and get the same result.

Could this have something to do with the fact that I just got a replacement device? I remember in the past installing it on 2 of my devices with the same activation code, but the second device was stuck in Israel.

Weird, it seems to be working fine now, just the way I like it
