Good neighbours

It's -3ºC outside and my central heating decided to die this evening. The guy across the road, who's a plumber, is now my hero - not only did he diagnose the fault, but he also had a replacement in the back of his van so I now have a nice warm house again. Cost price for the part plus a few quid for him to get something for his children for Christmas and everybody's happy.
