TT 720 - Loss of some icons after map download

Hi there,
My TT 720 has lost the icons for my own favourite POI's., All I have now is a red box icon for several POI's.
It happened some time ago ( March I think) when I had a problem downloading a new map from TT, and had to do a complete reload of information under instruction from the TT helpline.
I can no longer download icons from TT home - the favourite symbols option on home is greyed out.

Does anyone out there have the answer? Thanks for your help in advance!

Do you have a backed up copy of a previous map? If so, use Explorer to copy the mapsettings.cfg file from the backed up map folder into the new map folder on the unit and see if that helps.

If its displaying red boxes then the ov2 files are present but the associated bmp (icons) are missing, download your POI files again and re-install them - Mike
