Last night I was heading down the A34 from Oxford to Newbury. Just after Abingdon CP8 said I needed to turn left in 1 mile, which was strange. When I got to the alleged turn, the arrow on the screen was actually straight on and it was at a place with an overbridge and no turn was even possible at that location.

I've just ordered an HTC Legend so I've just started looking on this forum:
It's one h**** of a coincident but also on the A34 (Kingsway, East Didsbury, Manchester) if you plan a route southbound you also get a turn left where there is no road and the map shows ahead but this is on a Tom Tom One V2.
I think these are deliberate, just like Geographia put non-existant roads on their A-Z's, to prevent pirating of the software.

on the final approaches to my home, Cpl8 will:
1) Show a turn left arrow (down a road which is not there, neither in reality nor on the map)
2) Tell me to turn sharp right (up a road which is there in reality and on the map)
when the truth is to keep straight ahead.
It's very odd, and it does it every time.
Luck I know my own way home!
