Tomtom seem to be ignoring me... I have updated the call with all the requested information and there has been no feedback since I raised the call on Monday.

I wonder if they are getting swamped?

TomTom have put my device on a no-logon Live Service account similar to the free trial on the new Live models and I can now use all my Live Services. I now need to get my account restored in my name. So it was not a problem on my device but something to do with accounts on their servers.

They finally responded to my fault call and have "reset my services". I have just turned on the 950 LIVE and once again I can use all the functions.

HOWEVER, I have not changed anything on the device but now I see in "My Services" that I now have my real subscriptions until 2012 and a parallel subscription for Google, Weather and QuickGPSfix for 29 days remaining.

Any guesses as to what will happen on day 30? I think they may just be masking the basic problem with whatever has happened to their servers.

My confidence level is pretty low here at the moment.

Thoughts?

I reckon you are running off the parallel subscription which is what I am doing, they told me not to log on to my real subscription for the moment.

Is your traffic working? I don't have a parallel subscription listed for either Traffic or Safety Cameras.

I have Traffic, Safety Alerts, Fuel Prices Europe, Local Search with Google, TomTom Weather and QuickGPSfix all with 28 days left. I just hope my real paid for account services are sorted out within these 28 days.

TT have clarified what they have done, and it's identical to the process they are using with you.

What they have said is that on expiry of the "demo" services, I need to then log in using my real account information again.

Will be interesting to see what happens.
