You maybe able to do all the importing from the Fresh software now (in fact I'm lead to believe you can' so just connect up your device and give it a try.
I don't actually have a device I can connect to Fresh and try. I only know the 'backdoor' way to put custom POI's on.
It's not complicated to do at all.
