Battery in the 520 decided to lose charge after around 20 mins use. So, being a tight ar*e I got one from Fleabay, and opened up the TT.
In my infinitely clumsy ham fisted manner I managed to break the screen connector clips holding the ribbon cable to the board !.
Also busted was the traffic receiver jackplug from long ago before I had the mini USB one. SO..... Contacted support, told them what I had cocked up, got a returns number and sent it in.
I was stunned and amazed that within 5 working days they returned me a reconditioned 520 complete with an SD card in it for absolutely all cost ! *and* it's under warranty too !
