Ok mate, but do the one that are showing out of date still work?
This is definately sounding like a TT fault and not the device  |
Both of you need to get onto TomTom customer services. They are the only ones who can sort out subscription issues.

All the other services work fine. I've raised it with tomtom and supplied all teh usual info they want |

The latest on my issue, TomTom tech have told me to reflash my device, i followed the procedure three times, but it's still the same?
Crazy ain't it?  |

My issue has now been escalted to their second level 'Your case has been escalated to a supervisor for investigation'
Still doesn't work though |

Oh well. It gets worse. Now I have lost traffic, cameras and fuel. They al have an expiry of 4/2/10 !!! Another call to tomtom
Update: Well they've taken payment for another month and now the expiry date says 04/03/10. Gets worse |

I'm still getting the 'Live Services renewal loop' when using Google Search and my services now say Traffic, Safety Alerts, Fuel Prices and Buddies have 29 days left (I pay monthly), and Local Search with Google, Weather and QuickGPSfix are valid until 7/11/2010 which I take to be 11th July not 7th November.
Has anybody had any luck with TT, or a solution that works, or shall I just join the queue?

same problem here on 940 google/weather/GPS fix all say 2/11/09.
all other dated 22/8/10. weather still working but google keeps saying.
something went wrong. if this keeps happening please check with
tomtom home if there is a newer application version available.
iv checked home no update available.
so me thinks its defo a tomtom server fault.

I have traffic and buddies working but Google search and Weather give me that message saying my Live services are still active and that I do not need to renew them.
When I look at My Services on the unit the dates are different for Google search and weather also. TT says they are all enabled with good dates on their system.
Weather worked a few times but never search. The worst part is rather than up front stating we know there is an issue they had me do a hard reset and I had to redo all my custom POIs. |

Got a message from TT Tech telling me that they'd reconfigured something and to do factory and device reset.
Finally it's working although conflicting dates, but shows as in date? maybe extended because of the issues?
Hopefully it'll stay working? |

And that's number 5. Tomtom have now responded saying they will refund the payments and have blocked my card so no more can be taken. |
