Does anyone know a good program to convert DAT to MP3 or WAV that actually works the reason I ask is I want to make the voice in SmartST louder as when I’m in my car I cant hear it

You will have to ask navman support if they plan to make the format available or maybe even provide a utility (like Mapopolis did for their voice files before 4.35).
