And for anyone upgrading to iPhone4, please remember that CamerAlert is locked to a single iPhone.

In order to transfer a sub to a new iPhone you must follow the guide here.

A suggestion for future releases. For new camera submissions it would be good if we could add a photo from the camera role rather than being forced to take a new photo.

Funny you should ask for that, earlier in the week I mentioned the ability to store an image taken by the app on the phone which is a very similar requirement to the software developer - Mike

Hey MaFt - cool app. Ive been away from PGPSW for a while as I struggled with Nokia OVI Maps and Tomtom One V2 battery was dying. Just got the iPhone 4 and installed your App - very nice work.

thanks for the feedback but it is Lutz (lbendlin) who is the chief programmer and he who deserves the credit!

I've noticed since my iPhone 3GS upgraded to iOS4, the PGPSW app regularly closes itself while I'm driving. On my 120 mile journey yesterday I had to re-launch it three times, so it's not too often but still mildly distracting.

Is this a problem others have encountered, or should I assume it's my particular phone/install that's at fault?

Jeremy156 - if you can send us the crash logs as per this thread then we can take a look.

I would love to, but in my XP machine, under Application Data, I only have one sub-folder and it's not "Apple Computer". Is there something I must enable in iTunes for this crash reporting to work, perhaps?

There is no Crash Log on my Mac...So nothing was recorded when my iPhone 3G continually crashed after 8 minutes on 'numerous' occasions yesterday.

MaFt......Is there anything else I can do to force a 'crash log'..???

Crash logs can be inconsistant and I have found when you need one they arn't there. Unfortunatly you can't force a crash log. I'm gonna have a go with my 3gs and see if I can get a crash log, but maybe after a system sync you can try again and see if you get any luck!
