I've been a TUG member for over a year.

Since I had to reset my phone, the activation code I had for Telmap will not work any more.

I e-mailed you three times about it, in the last two weeks.

Each time I immediately received an automatic response, saying that you would respond within 24 or 48 hours, I forget which.

In any case, after two weeks and repeated sendings, no response from you at all!

Is your e-mail not working?

Should I IM you here instead?

HI Maikii,
After migrating the whole User Group to a new version recently we're trying to get through a larger than usual number of support requests, so our response time is longer than usual.
Over the last couple of days I did respond to some users with a similar problem to yours.
If you have not yet received a response please email me again indicating your forum name and I'll make sure to get you up and running.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
