SmartST V2 on a 32 MB Pocket PC

Is it just me or does Navman SmartST V2 not run on a Pocket PC with 32 MB RAM? I have removed all other software, placed everything onto storage card, and have 20 MB of RAM free. Still the app refuses to run. Interestingly enough on my 64 MB Pocket PC it runs, even though the free RAM is also just 20 MB. Any suggestions?
