Hi Mike,
Winrar as you had suggested in an earlier post elsewhere. Three times I un-zipped the file and got the same error messages. I have renamed the map I downloaded yesterday and have now been downloading the update again for the last three hours. I guess when it couldn't find the file name it let me download again. I am not surprised wholly that there was a problem yesterday as I think there were other internet problems over night during the download.

To finish up, although it took over four hours to download, I put the SD card in a card reader so that would be recognised as the TT and this time it installed without a hitch. Why does this have to be so hard?
