Just reading on the BBC where they have Britain's scariest roads revealed. Once again, Spaghetti Junction is top of the list.

Do people really find this scary or is it just because of how it looks from the air? It's well signposted and really it's just a choice of "do I turn off" then left or right. I always have the impression that it's drivers who have never gone through it that respond like this.

(Pet peeve - TeleAtlas - the Aston Expressway is a motorway called the A38(M), not the A5127 which is a bit to the east) Mad

Now, I'll agree with Five Ways as you're never sure if your lane will stay on or go off the roundabout and there's two sets of lane markings. If you're on the ring road you've also just passed or have this to contend with.

That's the one.

If you look you will see there are two choices for each route, clockwise or anti clockwise.

On similar lines to the one I pointed out near Pitsea, which has been there for, must be, 30 years. There was another, so I was told, at St. Albans.

The worst roundabout is the M25. Razz
