Nissan connect

I am having problem downloading poi into a Nissan connect system .I have downloaded bmp and csv files on to a memory stick when I put it into USB port connect system it reads "usb detected please wait" nothing happens any ideas? Regards Keith

There are a number of threads with troubleshooting advise for the Nissan Connect system. It might be worth doing a search first to see if anything helpful comes up. Searching the word Nissan throws up a few threads.
