F45 how do I add POIs

Can anyone tell me how to add POIs to my F45. There is no software disk in the box to give me desktop access?

This sounds like it will be likethe F15's that you have to purchase the connectivity kit to be able to do anything, its not showing on the navman webstore yet

You can't add anything to this device.

Even with a cable and navdesk, they are not recognised, and thus non-updateable
