How do I sort out a Cancelled PayPal transaction

Hi,
I paid my subscription a couple of weeks ago and have already managed to get life membership by submitting a camera error and today have submitted two new cameras.
How can I pay you again perhaps with a credit card. The message from PayPal is below. There are plenty of funds in the account and I can see nothing wrong with the Direct Debit information.

"On 25 Sep. 2009, we attempted to transfer 19.99 GBP from your bank account, ending in XXXX. This transfer was returned by your bank on 6 Oct. 2009 for the reason below:

The bank is disputing the Direct Debit Instruction DDI"
