Just how easy / difficult is it to fit one of these kits?

I still haven't found a suitable hands-free solution that doesnt involve auxilliary cables or flakey FM transmitters.

I-O looks like it will do the job, but I have a company car so fitting and removal needs to be easy and not involve any cutting, sawing or other invasive action.

You can read up how I fitted one of these excellent gadgets to my car by clicking Here - Its not difficult BUT you need to know the connector to the existing car stereo is using ISO connectors, I am sure a BMW forum would be able to tell you what is fitted to your car if you don't already know - Mike
