Can't operate my Go from Home

Have you installed the latest software onto your 740 (it gets downloaded by the Home software)?

If so then this will probably have stopped "Operate my GO" from working.

TomTom usually release a new file which makes "Operate my GO" work a few days after they release new software for the device. This file gets downloaded automatically by Home when it becomes available.

The usual advice is to wait a few days (a week?) until the file is released.

Others on this forum have reported a similar problem in another thread.

Thats right, yesterday when i spoke to tom tom they were resolving the problem, i have asked for a refund of my live account as my tom tom was down for over 3 days due to this beta install....so u will just have to wait until they fix it
