I have a TT 930T, using Navcore v8.351 & Western & Central Europe : v830.2305. I noticed something that may well have always been the case, but to me it's a big problem.

When I browse the map without the RDS-Traffic, the colours appear as expected. When the RDS-Traffic is connected and active, the colours change to a dull gray and the route is green (I think, my device is elsewhere at the moment). If I pull the lead out and exit/re-start the map browsing, the colours all return to normal. When I put the lead back in and exit/re-start the map browsing, the colours "disappear" again. It's repeatable, every time.

This happens whatever map I choose, one of the in-built ones, or one of my modified ones. Given the problems with v 8.351, I rolled back to v8.302 but got the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this?!

Cheers,

Mark

Yes, its because when the traffic cable is plugged in, it overlays the traffic in the map view and defaults to the grey background.

Hi,

if you don't wanna have this "feature" when browsing the map then tap "Options" and disable traffic.

Then you have the normal map-colour.

It is quite normal behaviour. If you go into browse map from the main menu the map is normally in colour and if it is not you have the show traffic option selected. If you delselect the show traffic option it will return to the normal colours and should be like this whenever you enter from the main menu.

If you go into the browse map from the traffic menu, you should get the grey map and showing the traffic. There seems to be two sets of options saved depending on whether you access from the main or traffic menus.
