tom tom home

anybody got any idea why i carnt insatall tom tom home on my laptop,ive turned firewall off and auto updates,when i get the tomtom icon on my desktop and i try to open it,it wont do anything.thanks in advance

You shouldn't switch off the firewall or Automatic Updates.

Try rebooting the PC first and then try installing again.

If that fails delete the download and re-download from here and see if that works.

Do you get any error messages at all?

Check Control Panel/Add Programs...and see if you have dot net framework installed on the computer. If not, you can find it here.

Download and install it and try Home again.
