Hi all,
I have just replaced my very old ONE for a new GO530,
Q 1 = What is the latest maps no? I have 825.2157, I used the free 2 year map update that came with it, and this is the version it downloaded when connected to Home. Also that little green/red blob in the top right part of the screen in home went to green after downloading above map version, but now has gone red again and is asking if I want to pay to get map upgrade??
Q 2 = The postcodes file I had in my One version 801 and was 9288kb on the website now to download is only version 701 and is 9096kb obviously is older??
Thanks in advance for any help in these issues

2157 is the latest.

As you have correctly concluded, 810 is newer. HOME has never been the most reliable application so just ignore the offer of an older PostCode file. _________________ Darren Griffin |

As there are new housing estates and shops going up all the time!
Thanks in advance again

No sorry. The files are updated by TT from time to time but there are no other sources. _________________ Darren Griffin |

It includes the Netherlands Postcode Files which you can ignore. _________________ Richard

The Postcodes file on Oldboy's site is V801, which postitnote2 says he has. Darren referred to V810. Is this a typo that's causing confusion? _________________ Anita

The very latest postcode version is 801, there isn't a newer version available so if you have this simply ignore whatever Home is offering unless you see a higher number in the released version - Mike |
