Is it possible to use two bluetooth devices with iPaq 3870 and TT3?
I'm looking at using a Fortuna Clip On BT box for GPS info and also want to use the Traffic Add On via BT on my Nokia mobile.
At present I can access the Traffic, not 100% reliable yet, and it looks like a great facility.
Though i'd seen somewhere that TT3 locks out additional BT devices on a iPAQ. _________________ Fraserp

Hi Fraser,
Yes it works OK. Well it will when TTT is sorted (not long now)!
I use an iPAQ 3970 with a Nokia 6310i and a Fortuna Clip-On.

This works fine because you are not using more than one device that shares the same profile, BT GPSr's use the BT Serial Port Profile whereas BT Cell Phones use the BT Dial-Up Profile.
You couldn't use two BT GPSr's at the same time or two BT Cellphones for this reason. _________________ Darren Griffin |
