Where do I get CoPilot Central?

I bought CoPilot Live 7 via Handango UK. Downloaded it, seems to work.

Next I bought the Pan-European map from ALK site, paid for it.

Using the link ALK emailed to me, I see this:

*Use CoPilot Central to select a Country Region and copy the data to your device
*On CoPilot Live 7 on your device tap SETTINGS | MORE | MORE | LICENSING | UPGRADE or MENU | MORE | SETTINGS | MORE | MORE | LICENSING | UPGRADE, and Activate the Map Upgrade license
*Follow the on-screen instructions.
*Activation occurs just as it did when you originally installed CoPilot. "

How do I do this first point? I feel dumb as a rock!

Solved! Answer is I don't get CoPilot Central.

Instead, I was given a link to download the new maps without CP Central. Big hassle, but done now.
