Co-Pilot Central & Vista 64 bit

I've used Co-Pilot Central v7 on Vista 32-bit without problem (once I got a patch), but I cannot launch it on a Vista Ultimate 64-bit PC - it crashes on the loading splash screen. I've tried all the compatibility options to no avail. Anyone tried this and got anywhere with it?

I asked ALK Support the same question and they told me that Central is only supported on 32 bit versions of Vista or XP
