HD Traffic website has more incidents than on x40

Hi,

I've been taking a look at the HD Traffic website http://www.tomtom.com/hdtraffic/?region=default and it's currently showing 380 incident but when I turn on my 540 it says there are 144 incidents.

Does anyone know why the website has so many more incidents than my 540 knows about?

This will depend upon where you are currently located, the web site shows the whole country but your device will show only a portion of this, around 200 miles IIRC.
For example living in Blackpool I cannot see the London based traffic issues on my device - as I drive South the information will change automatically offering more Southern based information the further the trip progresses - Mike

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
