Hi,
I have buyed destinator 3 v.3.0.64 two day ago. I have a big problems with italy map v.2003.q2.2070.
When I set the starting location at my home
MONTECCHIO PRECALCINO, via CONTRALONGA (is a minor way)
and set the end destination location at
VERONA, VIALE DEL LAVORO
I receive the follow message error:
"Path not found: IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD WAY"

My problem is that when i try to build way from some street to destination I receive the follow message error:
"Warning: Path not found to build way"
and the software crash. My question is the follow:
is a bug of software? there is the patch to fix the problem? my version is 3.0.64. map version of italy 2003.q2.2070.

The situation you described sounds not real. I have this map and especially for you I tried to build the way you told - no errors.
By the way, I've never seen any crash in Destinator. |

but your version is the same?? my version is 3.0.64. map version of italy 2003.q2.2070, for test the problem I follow the steps:
1. Install destinator 3.0.64
2. Install Italy map v. 2003.q2.2070
3. Set origin starting point to MONTECCHIO PRECALCINO - CONTRALONGA street.
4. Set destination point to VERONA city.
5. press the destinate button for building way.
and the message "WARNING: PATH NOT FOUND: IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD WAY" message is displayed and destinator crash all.

| I get the same problem sometimes using the uk maps have email the powerloc but no luck yet i find if i move about 300yds away it finds a rout always seems to be n newish roads |

I saw such things in TomTom but not in Destinator 3.
To premiaware:
I can't get this situation. I have exactly the same map. You can check your map on PDA. It's located on DestinatorApps\Destinator\Italy or something like that. In this folder you should see many file with names WCE*.*. Can you send me a list of files you see in the folder? |

Yes, you're right. I found the place. It's your start point. Of course, it's a bug. I sent it to PowerLoc. |

I hope that PowerLoc fix very fast the problem because the thing worse is that when I drive through "contralonga" street Destinator 3 loses the signal with my GPS and crash all the system and I must reset the Ipaq and restart all. for now I must start the destinator 3 application when I am not in "CONTRALONGA" Street and all working. I hupe that "Contralonga" street is the only case.

How I understand it - everything's OK. At least, I see these files on my PDA.

They told "thank you very much ... the bug is fixed". I don't know when we'll receive it. They promissed other good things as well.
Did you play with "Avoid roads"? |

Hi,
The destinator 3.0.64 is a disaster to drive in italy, this weekend I will must to go from PESARO to ORVIETO and the Destinator continues to generate the same error
WARNING: PATH NOT FOUND: IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD WAY" message is displayed and destinator crash all.  , it is an incubus
it is incredible as it has not been fixed this problem that renders destinator unusable nearly. I am thinking to give back to the supplier the software and refound my money.
