This wonderful firm offer next day delivery on most items.

What you find out in the small print is that they will process orders placed before 4pm on the day of order (ie charge you) but they do not guarantee to despatch them in any particular timescales.

I cannot see the point of next day delivery if it takes a few days to despatch in stock items showing available for next day delivery.

To call their sales to query your order, as there are not quick responses to email queries, you need to dial an 0870 number.
