Hi J20,

Using my Fortuna Clip-On Bluetooth GPS Receiver (in ST mode) with my 3970, I’ve used TT GPS Driver 3.0 with the following settings:
NMEA 0183v2 38400
Bluetooth Serial Port COM8:

As you’re using a 4150, your BT Serial Port is another COM, I think it is COM5 but you may have to experiment. If you’re using the Clip-On in XT mode then it’s different again. Thumbs Up

Regards,

Hi J20

You should choose TomTom Wireless GPS. When you look in the GPS STATUS screen you can see the fix with satellites.
I had the problem that tehre was no connection because of the switch on the Clip-on was not quite in the XT-position. I switched it from ST to XT and after that it worked fine!

With regards,
Sharky

I have a Fortuna Clip on and an iPAQ4150 running TT3. The iPAQ is set to NMEA 0183v2 38400 and on Bluetooth serial port COM 6. This is with the Fortuna set to ST mode. I am using Tomtom GPS driver as I also run Memory Map

I thought the ClipOn had to be connected as a SirfTrak 38400?
