I would like to navigate to destinations by using the full postcode but I'm not able to enter the last two digits.

I've seen a POI download elsewhere on this site of postcodes - If I download these will I be able to navigate using the full postcode?

I've downloaded POI-Warner.

Thanks in anticipation.

Halli.

Ok you probably don't want to hear it...But maybe you should change your habbits...Navigating on part postcode plus house-number which this software allows you to do is much more accurate than the full postcode...

Also you have to take into account that this software is suitable for full European wide navigation if your memory is large enough...As such the post code entry has to deal with many different postcode types potentially...For example I was navigating a route from the UK to Holland via my parent in Belgium and anotherone from the UK to Italy...Very easy part of the postcode, street number and voila you have you destination.....As such the entry screen has to be able to distinguish between the different country formats....

What advantage does the full postcode provide you? Or don't you know the streetnumber or streetname....

I often visit locations which don't have a house number ie. they're out in the country somewhere.

Nevermind, if I can't do it, I can't do it - it won't be the end of the world!! Thanks anyway.

Fair enough...In that case the trick is to use the part postcode with streetname...Same effect as the full post code...
