Hello there, does anyone know how i can save a map segment, or a map route/track as a jpeg, bmp or simular file? This is so i can print it off from a flash drive. ( i dont have a printer at home, but i can save it to file on a memory flash drive, then print off a map work) thanks anyway.... |

Map/Image Export
But much better, if you haven't already got one, install one of the free PDF printer drivers out there then just print your map segment to PDF.
Here's one to try:

Because of the OS. Image -- Export is always disabled in the UK edition when an OS-based map product is being viewed. |

To expand slightly...
It's part of the licensing conditions imposed by the OSGB on their 'customers' (e.g. MemoryMap).
I have MM and also Garmin's TopoUK. Garmins MapSource / Topo UK doesn't allow you to print anything for the same reason. _________________ Phil |

Assuming you have a Windows based PC you can use the combination of ALT and PrtScr button to grab a screen image, start Paint and simply press Ctl AND v to paste the screen capture in to the paint application - now you can save as a jpg image - Mike |
