Mio 168 and Mio 560

Hi my Mio 168 does not charge up the battery. The orange light comes on and the indicater runs up to 100% but the battery remains at the same charge state. I have tried another battery but the same thing.. Anyone else had this problem. Could I have brought a duff battery or is it likely to be the charging circuit on the processor circuit board.

Another thing if I can't get it working I am thinking of buying a mio 560 with WM6. Will my tomtom v 5.21 run on this? thanks

In my experience with my own MIO168, it can take several hours further charging from '100% battery charge with an orange light' before you get a green light.
