Went on a long walk yesterday..around Winchester, River Itchen, Watercress Beds etc..around 12 miles. Back at the car, stopped settings and then converted the trail to track, said..OK. Back home went into Edit and gave it a proper name...all OK..moved it from the device to the SD card, as I do all my walks...all OK. Taking a look later to see exactly where I had been, the route had totally disappeared. Hooked up to the PC...not shown on satsync either...and I can't see that I did anything different from previous. This is the second time this has happened..first time I put it down to me, but this time, no way. I think next time I will just...first time round..copy the route to the SD card instead of moving it, so at least I should have two copies. Very infuriating. Any suggestions ? |

Consider yourself lucky that you have your whole route when you get home
Being a half-country map card user my Active 10 freezes mid route and when turned back on has lost the trail data....not that I bought it for that purpose. _________________ I like mapping, I like mapping, I like mapping and I like to map! |
