Where to 'touch' and buy

I am undecided about what units I like, but I am keen to try before I buy. Can any one reccomend a store chain that allows you to touch and try using sat navs before buying. I went to Halfords yesterday to look at the Tom Toms but they were all in a glass case out of reach.

The only chains I can think of are Halfords, Curry's, Comet and PCWorld. All of them will have stock locked away though so you'd need an assistant to allow you access.

Have a look in John Lewis they are usually very helpful and will explain anything you do not understand
