My contract is up soon and I've been offered a new phone, so I'm looking for another Nokia which can:
- use its internal GPS receiver with TT Mobile 6
- easy to use keypad and 'joystick'
- at least 2.4" screen
- more than 2GB sd/micro card capacity
- WLAN network access
The n95 8GB, n82 and n78 (can it take over 2GB card?) are contenders, but I'm really interested to know if my TT 6.01 will work with the phone and use its internal GPS receiver.
Can anyone recommend a phone please? |

Currently none of the Nokia's with internal GPS are supported. And as TomTom appear to have washed their hands of PocketPC apart from some manufacturer pre-install bundles it appears unlikely they will release an update to add support. _________________ Darren Griffin |

What about the HTC Diamond, its not out as yet and is rumoured to have TomTom Navigator 7 pre installed, otherwise does it have to be a Nokia, consider the HTC Touch Cruise (aka O2 XDA Orbit-2) these are PPC based phones but do have integral GPS that will work with TTN6, the Órbit-2 is supplied with Co-Pilot Live software for free - Mike |

Sorry if this is your point, but have you heard of anyone trying it out and getting TT to work with the phone's internal GPS receiver anyway?
I am wanting to stick with Nokia really, I'm familiar with their OS and don't really have any desire to change to another platform.
If anyone has installed TT on their n82/78/95 8GB could they say which version and what they think of it please, along with the phone's features and performance itself? |
