Unable to transfer Fugawi maps to a Tungsten T2 PALM

I have recently acquired a PALM T2 and have Fugawi Series 2,version 2 maps on my PC.When I try to transfer them to the PDA it just dosn't work.I e-mailed Fugawi support but they haven't bothered to come back after 2 weeks.All the settings in Fugawi seem correct and Hotsync works fine.I even updated Fugawi with their patch but it still does nothing.Anyone else had this problem.I see one similiar post but not any answers.

I have it on the garmin iQue [palm]
I works better if you load the maps to the SD card!
There is a limit to the size of Maptile you van transfer, and you have to load one at a time!

I have been using v 4.5 of Fugawi in the New Forest for the last week on a Palm Tungsten T2 and Fugawi operates fine. Unfortunately I do not think that the Palm is man enough for the job as it keeps resetting itself
