48 don't work,
24 do work

Regards,

Paul

Are you SURE?
44x44 work fine on TT 6, so I would have thought 48x48 would too.
What are you expecting to see? Don't forget they are ONLY used to make the already large flashing icon in the top corner of the screen as you approach a camera look less "blocky".

Just tried the 44 and 48 on v6.594 on the XL and neither show up on the alert. This would appear to agree with TomTom's note saying that the large icons started on v7.

Does it work on a certain minor version of v6 onwards or just on certain units running it (eg Navigator)?

When I said the 44x44 worked fine on v6, I was just going by the chart on the download page. I haven't looked back through all the posts to check who said it...

Just tested the 22 x 22 set with Navigon5 and POIWarner V2, and all work correctly.

I took it from this post:

Using 24/44 with TT6 on SPV M3100. Looks great. Cool

I have now removed the 44 support part from the table.

Hmmm Installed the consolidated 44x44 icons on my 920 but I just get a red square for all of them. Any ideas?

Thanks

Try again, do the downloaded icons appear if you view them on the PC?

Is this on the map or the alert in the top-left corner. If it's the map, you will need to load the 24x24 icons as well.

Hi Darren/Gerry

I have downloaded again and the icons are fine when viewed in Windows. The icons are the same on both the map and the flash just solid red.

If I understand you correctly, both the map and the alert are showing red boxes instead of icons. Correct?

Where have you stored the icons on the 720? They should be in the map folder along with the ov2 files.

Was it working OK with the default icons? If so you should have overwritten them with the 24x24 icons (Windows asks if you want to overwrite). It may be best to get back to a known working system and start again.

Hi Gerry. I have been using the default icons on this system and the previous 6 TT systems i've had. ( Apologies for the slight sarcasm there) Smile

How can you have the 24x24 and the 44x44 working together as I always thought it was one bmp file for each type of camera.

Thanks Steve
