If you download POIEdit and install it to your PC you can open the ov2 file and remove the locations you don't want to trigger the device, bear in mind though you will have to do this every time you update the database for the unit.
As a tip it might help in future if you name the hardware you are using when asking questions of this nature, as it is not the usuall run of the mill kit you have IIRC - Mike

Cheers mike comments noted.
yes i'm using a gps performance meter
(Racelogic Performance meter)
for Poi triggering in the UK.
i can only use monochrome icon's too
so i had to individually change all the
poi bitmaps by opening into paint and saving
as M'chrome.
is the speedcamera ov2 info a range of co-ordinates?
as my unit triggers for 1000yrds before and after
a fixed positiom?

Lat/ Long plus ID, you can sort the data using POI Edit to make location of the local ones a little easier, give it a try although I wouldn't want to remove the locations from around where I live, there are hundreds of cameras in my local vicinity, it could take hours - Mike

That's an interesting device, I may have to approach the manufacturers for a review sample.
