Cannot get data from the Mobile Device

Hello All

I am trying to install Destiantor PN onto my mobile device. When I try to install the software via the destiantor console it says.

"Cannot get data from the Mobile Device" from here I can do nothing

Any help appreciated.

It did work on a pocket pc 2003 device My new device is a windows mobile 5.0 surely destinator shold still run on it all my other software does!

Any help appreicated.

The orig. PN-Version doesn't install on WM5 devices.
Go to www.destinatortechnologies.com and download the 'Destinator PN - Update for Windows Mobile 5'.
