Other than this, everything was very favorful for the XL, but...but, the XL proved to be much too heavy for the windscreen mount. After you hit a few bumps, the XL is facing the dash. You have to constantly keep repositioning it to keep it in view. I looked at the mount, but there is no way of tighting it up. I think this is the same issue as the x10 sereies of devices. Keep in mind that the One V2 and the Nuvi were very stable in their mounts. Of course they are much smaller devices.

Think you may have a faulty mount, I have the One XL been using it for a few weeks now and not had this problem with the mount, it is quite stiff.

amin1khan, I've answered your first question in the other topic you asked it. (Basically, yes)

As for SD cards, this has been discussed many, many times: - a quick search for "SD card" in the TomTom section of the forum would give you loads of info. (The 'search' button is at the top of every page). You need a card with a fast write speed but not a "turbo". Any reputable manufacturer's cards should be OK these days (Sandisk, Kingston etc.) DON'T go for the cheapest you can find and watch out for fakes. If a bargain seems too good to be true, it probably is.
