Cheap Tomtom Rider

Folks - don't know if they are in every store, but my local Staples has just put the Rider on offer at £192 - although the supplied maps are not the most up to date ones. Looks as if the Rider is in the process of being discontinued to me.

According to Halfords when I spoke to them today it is discontinued. Apparently the original Rider was so much of a problem TT dropped it. There's meant to be a new version of the TT rider due out in April of this year.

Wonder if they'll bother to fix all the problems. 10:1 this will be a 510/710/910 based unit with a wider screen and a better mount system.

April - I have been waiting and waiting was told end of may called supplier and they said soon - thats what they said in April
