help!!-how to restore the operation system?

I just bought mio p550 one month ago. yesterday I installed one software in my mio p550 but it got freeze(even I press reset button or slide on/off switch or press joystick up) and can not fix it. Then I tried press joystick down during cold boot and a config screen appeared. There was an option on there "low level format" , I thought that may get back to a base setting, so I chose that, it look like I delete everything! now I don't have anything! how to do now?please help!!!

thank you for reply.but I don't know how to reinstall the windows mobile 5.0,I don't thing I have the CD that came with the Mio(mio come with 3 cds, but I don't find anyone that contain windows mobile 5.0), in the other hand, now how can I connect to the desktop?do you have idea?
or anyone can help?

Follow the procedure:
Connect the mio p550 to PC
1.put the Button of the PDA in ON position
2. hold the joystick downward and press the reset button
3.choose “Image Upgrade tools”
4.choose “0=Image by USB”
5.intall the usb driver (PC require the drivers). The driver in the folder “USB driver”
6.open the software “dnw5.0e”
7.(if you want to make a test of connection USB, click the” USB port/Statute”. If all is ok go to step 8
8. click “USB port/transmitted” and to show the way of the file “MioP550 - Osc260A R05_P09.nb0”
9.press the reset button to restart the mio p550.

Thanks my friend, but I would like to know if after to restore firmware of mine p550, wm5 functions normally, or I need to install of new wm5, case yes, where I can find one versao ( hack ) I to be able to install I marry I have problems.

p.s: Another question as I can make one backup of current firmware.

after restore firmware,it includes wm5,you don't need to install new wm5.but you need to install GPS software(like Miomap. igo tomtom etc.)
use activesync function to backup your data to PC.

Thanks my friend everything pparently occurred again as the waited one, only for 3 small details - wi-fi nao this appearing - the screen was outside of focus (more for right - mine windows was wm5 do you could please help one more time to repair these problems.

Sorry Friend, I will try again.

After install the firmware I found some problems:


- The screen ( S.O ) wm5 not is centered and The times the display is moving quickly.
- The icone of the Wifi does not appear in the menu of connections

I think that I need install a new version of firmare eg: R05.3.0106.0503 or later. You know where I you can find it ?

I have some problem with my p550 (screen and flick) after download osc260A rom, You find another rom, your problem was resolved ???
