failed imports of poi speed camera info

i can foillow instructions relatively well guys but when i imported the database and the import status starts most if not all fail or are near , 2 are exact

what m i doing wrong guys

well i dont know what i did wrong the first time , but if at first ya dont suceed try try again, and it worked :D
