Another headline grabbing pile of garbage! You have to wonder about the intelligence of a coach driver who simply types in 'Hampton Court' and then blindly follows the directions!

In the end the story is not so much about the failure of the navigation system than the failure of the driver to plan properly and ensure he both knew where he was going and had checked the correct destination address!

What makes it worse is that HCP is clearly signposted on both both A3 and M3. They should have banned these two cretins from driving anything bigger than a toy car, not satnavs.

Feel sorry for the school kids, to be given such dumb drivers.

Not as funny as the wealthy business man's gormless girlfriend, who drove her top of the range (i believe £90k) Mercedes sports car into a fast flowing river, (blamed her Sat Nav) was reported in the Daily Mail last week.
The car bobbed down stream like a boat before submerging.
Deemed a right off, a few day's later.

Stanley_Tweedle - interesting link - stupidity at its best - its just a shame the river "Sense" wasn't flowing through the drivers head when stupidity took over, lets face it driving across a ford in a Merc sports car is not a good idea, let alone when in full flood !!! - Mike

Dear POLICE,

If you are watching (as you normally do through you little spy cameras, speed cameras, mobile cameras, safety cameras or whatever other means you use to watch over criminals, terrorists and motorists) please take away her driving license for being bloody stupid, quite possibly criminally insane and definitely not fit to drive a vehicle of any description.

I thought that this was a strange end to the story -
Quote:
Miss Clark’s boyfriend then took the woman, who gave her name only as Hayley, to a motorway service station where a chauffeur-driven Bentley collected her.

She must of been good at something Smile to have been worth that, or was it more money than sense?

Dennis, you can *get* an interesting disease, inbreeding you have to be born with :-) Whoever bought her this car is obviously suffering from it as well. On the other hand my theory doesn't explain the bus drivers or have we finally arrived to the truly classless society?

Would like to comment and could be an interesting topic, but too many bus drivers to fight back on this forum, to go down that road (excuse the pun).
