Hi all i have on a disc all the maps for the world for tomtom 6 and medion pna 250t

What i wanted to know was is the tomtom 6 and medion navigator 6 able to be installed on a medion pna 250t sat nav and if so how do i go about doing it?? i have both mn6 and tomtom 6 ready to install but i do not know where to start!
